- Noticed Lights flicker when engine running., performed Battery Starter and Charging system test, Battery Failed Test, Replaced battery and retest battery passed, starter passed, alternator passed however had exceptionally high AC Voltage ripple indication an internal failure of alternator. after replacing battery blinker operation returned to normal. all malfunction indicator lamps on dash turned off. however lights still flicker when engine is running due to faulty alternator,
